ESUM COSMETICS ships via UPS/FedEx to U.S. street addresses only in Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Hawaii. Orders for Military APO/FPE destinations and all other US continental states are shipped via USPS unless an alternative shipping method is selected during check out. Please be advised that Esum Cosmetics does not ship to P.O. Boxes via Fedex. Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.S. addresses.
Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. are not eligible for free shipping benefits. International orders are shipped via USPS only and Esum Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipping outside the US.
SHIPPING & HANDLING METHODS & RATES
ESUM COSMETICS online orders will be delivered within 1-7 business days. The delivery timelines are estimates and out of the control of Esum Cosmetics. In addition, delivery timelines are prone to changes due to a variety of factors including but not limited to: natural disasters, customs, weekends, holidays and peak web business seasons. Shipping and Handling fees are based on weight and preferred ship method. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APR / FPO destinations or U.S. territories may take up to 7 days.
ESUM COSMETICS will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages or any import taxes that may be incurred on orders placed for international customers, shipping outside the Continental US. If "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" option is selected upon checkout, please note that ESUM COSMETICS is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Orders with a change of address requested by the customer are subject to a change of address fee and additional shipping fees if applicable. ESUM COSMETICS is happy to attempt to reroute the package, but cannot guarantee address change completion. If a package is returned to ESUM COSMETICS the customer will be responsible for a reshipment fee.
FREE Shipping only applies to orders $50.00 or more, orders within the contiguous United States, excludes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APR / FPO destinations, FREE Shipping only applies to ground shipping not Express Shipments.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation is sent via email which provides you with tracking information and a link to follow your package. Please call 1-888-393-3963 if you need additional assistance tracking your order. Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery unless no signature is requested in the customer notes of the order. Additional shipping fees will be applied to orders that are undeliverable and are returned to sender for a second shipment. Order discrepancies must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges from Esum Cosmetics are accepted within 30 days of date of purchase. Items must be returned or exchanged in original packaging. Open and/or used items are excluded and will not be accepted for return or exchange. Unfortunately there are no refunds on shipping costs unless an error was made on our end. Shipping charges will be applied toward exchanges. To return an item please contact Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization #. No returns accepted without RA#. A return authorization # will be issued from Esum Cosmetics customer service. Once you have received a RA#, you may send the item(s) back to our warehouse. A copy of the original invoice must be included in box for return. Please allow 10 business days to process all returns. Once return has been processed, a refund will be issued in the form of a check from ESUM COSMETICS to the original purchaser or to the original form of payment.

You may request a price adjustment within 15 days of purchase if the item(s) you have purchased are marked on sale or if there is a sitewide sale or promotion. Price adjustments are provided in the form of a Store Credit to the account where the original order was placed. Price adjustments will only be made if a product is marked down or if there is a sitewide sale within the 15 days of original purchase.
